An Aadhaar Card is issued to residents of India based on their biometric data and personal details. To ensure this process is secure and reliable, the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) requires certain documents to verify the applicant’s information.
The Aadhaar card is only generated after all the required documents are submitted and verified. Below is a list of the documents you need to provide when applying for or enrolling in Aadhaar:
